Santiago studied graphic design at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where he designed the identity, graphics and video for LIATER, the university’s high-voltage and renewable energy lab.
His interactive analogue magazine, Disonante, was nominated in the editorial category of Colombia’s Lápiz de Acero awards in 2025, in the new talent section.
At Buena he designs across products and brands, and he worked on new features across Gitterdone. He also brought Treeby the plant to the studio, and ran the vote that named it.
